We offer an eco-friendly leadership experience while addressing the environmental impact of our travel to Portugal through a comprehensive carbon compensation strategy. This commitment is further supported by our collaboration with a CO2-negative venue featuring over two thousand trees.
The estate is powered by energy sourced from solar panels, with battery storage for evenings. Additionally, organic vegetables and fruits are either grown on-site or sourced locally, while water is drawn from a private spring and heated using solar energy.
Facilitators
Amal Whyte
Amal is the Founder of Wild Ideas. She has a background at director level in community driven events such as Hackatrain and TECH KNOW FEST, where she became known for bringing people together and creating memorable, impactful brand experiences. As an event organizer, she recognizes the importance of delegation, a skill she relied on heavily during the COVID-19 pandemic when circumstances forced her to turn a physical event, involving more than 15 sponsors, into a complete digital event within 12 hours. Drawing on her leadership experience and the invaluable support of her team, she successfully navigated this transition, ensuring that creativity and connection remained central to the event experience.
Amal is an NLP Practioner and is certified in Deep Democracy and Creative Problem Solving facilitation. She has a deep understanding of interpersonal and group dynamics.
